Have you ever been worried that an arrest warrant was outstanding for your arrest? If you live in Herkimer County, you can search for active warrants in your name or in the name of someone you know. Furthermore, you can obtain copies of arrest records and court records for pending and closed cases. You only need the person’s name to search for arrest warrants; however, having additional information (i.e., date of birth, address, social security number, etc.) will help rule out people with the same name.
