Warren’s County Court is located in the Municipal Center at 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845. The County Court has jurisdiction in severe criminal cases; therefore, searching court records is advised to conduct a criminal history background. To search records, you can visit the court Monday through Friday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Warren County crime statistics
In 2020, the Warren Sheriff’s Department registered around 740 criminal complaints. Not a big improvement when you consider the nearly 730 complaints filed in the previous year! The annual average included 662 property crimes and 77 crimes against persons.
The property crimes reported were: 569 larceny thefts, 79 burglaries, and 14 motor vehicle thefts. Violent crimes involved 25 aggravated assaults, 50 rapes and 2 robberies.
Crime rates in Warren County were relatively low between 1999 and 2005. However, in 2006, crime rates increased by more than 1,000 crimes over the previous year. The majority of crimes (92%) committed in Warren County from 1999 through 2008 were theft and burglary.
